Frozen Wasabi Stem
This frozen wasabi comes from our contracted farm in Indonesia. Indonesia farming company ,Pt Java Agritec,managing not only wasabi farming business but also operation of frozen wasabi factory to produce raw a material for prepared wasabi.
Wasabi stem portion does not have enough pungent but good for making finish products more green color(This is our know-how).
Frozen wasabi is processed into frozen prepared wasabi products at LPC inThailand, ｗｉth high appraisal from Thailand and asean market. You can enjoy our prepared wasabi products at many surpermarket,Sushi-bar or Japanese restaurant even under the name of customers bland(ex. OISHI BLAND) in Thailand , Lpc is only the company can produce Japan spec. prepared wasabi in Thailand.

山葵の栽培は大変難しく産地の気候によって収穫量は著しく変わってきます。弊社は長年の経験により厳選された地域にて栽培を行っております。以前は会社の所在する北部タイでも栽培していた実績はございますが、現在は主にインドネシア及び中国にその栽培拠点を移転し、ボディティブリスト制に合致した管理栽培を実施、安心・安全は加工用わさび原料の安定供給を実施しています。
We can supply frozen wasabi paste, wasabi powder for Japanese restaurants, as well as wasabi flavour for factory usage.
ためし掘りを行った際の写真で播種後６ヶ月程度ですので、また主値は長さ１０ｃｍ程度です。

播種後約１年経過したわさびです。弊社は冷凍わさびペースト等向けの加工原料に使用しますが、これくらい綺麗な性状・外観であれば、このままフレッシュ・マーケットへも販売が可能です。この原料は弊社工場で主に冷凍わさびペーストに加工されます。加工されたわさびはタイ国内の需要家は元より、アセアンを中心とした海外向けに販売されています。
